For more than 20 years, MG
Taylor Corporation has been a leader in designing,
modeling, manufacturing, and using environments, tools,
and processes to employ group genius in solving complex
problems. MG Taylor Corporation has worked with a large
variety of clients. Some have been healthy, vital
entities looking for effective ways to grow and prosper;
others have come to us with specific problems that need
immediate, comprehensive attention. Clients have included
start-up companies, local, state and national government
organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and not-for-profit
organizations.
Many clients have brought our techniques home by using our knOwhere®
Store as a fulfillment center for developing their own complete
MGT design centers. MG Taylor Management Center® environments
are designed to be a tool organizations use to transform themselves
by integrating work process design, innovative approaches to architecture,
technical systems, and information management. We have licensed
and outfitted several Ernst & Young ASE's (Accelerated Solution
Environments) around the country, and created a solution design center
at Sea-Land in North Carolina. We have also delivered configurations
of our work for smaller companies and private businesses, such as
Information Advantage, Consensus Development in California, and homeowners,
like Mrs. Sue Foreman in Orlando, Florida. Many other organizations
are operating MGT designed environments, such as: Gossick Leadership
Center in Tennesee, Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, and CNL Group
in Florida. Other major advances are our projects with Kellogg’s
for their own collaborative design environment in New Jersey, and
with Greater Metropolitan Healthcare System in New York.
In collaboration with Ernst & Young we facilitated numerous
DesignShop® events, addressing their internal challenges and using
our processes with various clients such as BP, 3M, and US Robotics.
The following stories are samples of a wide range of business and industry
solutions developed during facilitated collaborative DesignShop sessions
that take advantage of many of our environments, processes, and tools.
